Hi I'm William

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like to Play the Piano, I Love to learn about different countries and their languages, I love camping and mountain climbing.

Why I am a Mormon

While growing I always tried to be a good kid and do as I was asked. i remember while growing up hearing my mom say that the best thing you can ever do is serve the Lord. So while growing up Serving the Lord is what I've always wanted to do. When I got to be close to 21 I decided that I was ready to serve a mission and serve the Lord to two years. so one sunday moring I want to my bishop and told him of my desire to serve a mission. My bishop looked at me and said: Ok,...have you read the Book of Mormon yet? I answerd that I hadn't because I hated reading. My bishop then told me that inorder to serve a mission I must first read the Book of Mormon and gave me a challenge to read it. I left my bishops office a little upset because I hated reading. Never the less I decided that if it was required to get through the Book of Mormon in order to serve a mission I would do it. so when I got home I picked up the Book of mormon and began to read it. as I read I began orver time to enjoy reading the Book of Mormon. Then when I came to the end of the book of Mormon (And by this time I was getting very anchus to finish) The last verse hit me very hard Moroni Chapter 10 verse 34 I read "And now i bid unto all, farewell. i soon go to rest in the paradise of God, until my spirit and body shall again reunite, and I am brought forth triumphant through the air, to meet you before the pleasing bar if the great Jehovah, the Eternal judge of both quick and dead. Amen." When I had read that vese I felt it in my hard and I did know for myself that it was true. And it was right then that I did neel down and prayed about the Book of Mormon. Today I can say that I know the Book of Mormon is true and I can say that becuase I've felt It.

How I live my faith

Today I am Seving A mission In California which is the best time of my life. I have had the chance of a lifetime to grow more then I thought I would and to do more in the Service of God then I thought I could. I teach others of Christ and I love every moment of it. I don't look forward to going home though I know it must one day come. But until that day does come I'm going to do all I can with what time I have left to serve my Lord and My God.
