Hi I'm Nancy

I born and raised in California. I've been married to my husband Fred for 52 years, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've been married for 52 years. I'm a mother of 7, a grandmother of 16 and a great grandmother of 7. My hobbies are cooking ( I like to try new recipes), reading, cross stitching, and line dancing. I have been known to sew a little . I like to read and I enjoy traveling, Being with my family especially for holidays is what I like best . Christmas is my favorite. I also get to help with the library at church and that always makes me feel that I'm doing something important for the Sunday school teachers.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints. I have always known the church is true and when my husband and childern were baptised, I felt so happy that we would be able to be a family forever.

How I live my faith

I love my visiting teachers and I love being a visiting teacher. I have held several callings in church and right now I am working in the church library. Helping others with their needs for teaching their classes is a very good feeling. The callings I have held in church have given me the confidence that whatever Heavenly father wants me to do, I can do, with his help. I love how prayer can help us in our callings in church and in our personal life. Prayer can get us through any trial and make us better people for it. I know Heavenly father and jesus Christ lives and that I am a child of god and knowing that gives me courage and a feeling of peace.
