Hi I'm Chelsea

I'm just a normal girl from Idaho who's going to college to find out what I want to do and who I want to be. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Right now my life is all about my future. What do I want to do? Who do I want to be? Where do I want to end up? College is helping me to discover that meaning in my life and answer those questions. Yeah its hard, but I can do it. Through Christ, all things are possible. Being on my own is definitely an experience, and it's something that takes some getting used to, but it has been one of the most rewarding experiences thus far. I have grown mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally and developed many new skills and freindships that would have otherwise been lost.

Why I am a Mormon

Some people may say that I am a Mormon because my parents are Mormon, but that is not the case. Yes, I was raised in the church, and from a young age I was taught the principles of the gospel. Yes, I thought it was true, but I never really gained a testimony for myself until much later. I am a Mormon because I have seen the Lord's hand in my life and I have felt his love for me. Not just his love, but his love for me, Chelsea. I know that what I am doing is going to get me to a place where I will be eternally happy and that I am being watched over constantly by my Savior who died on the cross for me and atoned for my sins so that I can return again to him.

How I live my faith

As a member of the church, I try to serve those around me as much as I can. While going to school as a full time student and still doing so may seem difficult, I assure you that it is easy and rewarding. With thousands of others going through the exact same thing as I am, I know that it is the simple acts of kindness that mean the most. I try to reflect the love of our savior in all of my actions towards my fellow man, and although this can be difficult at times, it is so worth it.
