Hi I'm Christian

I am 18 years old and I have been called to serve as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

About Me

I am a guitarist and a photographer. I love to go camping and really anything that is outdoors. Most of all I love my church and am so excited to serve the people in South Salt Lake City, Utah.

Why I am a Mormon

The church is centered around Jesus Christ. The official name of the church is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. We talk about him and everything he has done for us. We talk about how He suffered and died for all of us so that we can have the choice to live with Him again. I believe that knowing that is so important because that allows us to have a knowledge that we are loved. I am a member of the Mormon church because I know that I have a choice with everything. I know that Jesus Christ and my Heavenly Father loves me as myself. Sometimes I make wrong choices however, when I make the right ones I feel that good power of the Holy Ghost inside of me and I know that that is Christ's way of telling me that he is proud of me.

How I live my faith

Right now I have been called to serve as a missionary for the Mormon church. I believe that everything we do and who we are as people is a direct reflection on how we live our faith. I am grateful for my call to serve as a missionary because it shows myself and others that I love my faith and I want to share that with everyone I can.

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

We are not required to serve a mission however, we believe that if we do then we will be blessed by our Father in Heaven. Being a current missionary myself, I want to serve my mission because I know that all I have and all of my joy has come from my Savior, and the least I can do is help others find that same happiness.
