Hi I'm Stacey

I am a mom of 4 children 3 step children and one of my own and I work full time and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love being a mom of 3 step children and one of my own. I have been with my company as an office manager for 11 years now and love my job they are very family oriented, which works well for me. I am the secretary of the Young Womens and love my calling. I most recently was sealed to my husband and one of my kids in the Salt Lake Temple it was the most spritual and uplifting experiance I have ever had. It was a struggle of nearly 25 years for me personally to get there but was worth every step of the way the trials and tribulations made me who I am today. I had the dream to be sealed in that particular temple since I was a little girl and times I just wanted to give up hope and I am so glad I never did. It has been the best decision of my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints because I love the gospel and know that this is the true church. I love its teachings and the family unity it builds. I love the knowledge that families can be together for ever. I have never feared death knowing I will be with my family again some day. I love the youth programs they offer and the values they teach our youth. I am so greatful for Joseph Smith who restored gospel to us. My heart is full my trials seem easier to go through knowing I have my savior there to help carry those trials I can not bear myself. I know this church is true and I know that reading our scriptures and following the commandments brings great joys I testify that the lord listens to our prayers I know he wants us to be happy and to live with him again.

How I live my faith

I am the secretary of our young womens group in our ward. I love working with the youth they are so giving and loving in all that they do. They come up with wonderful ideas. We do random acts of kindness to our community for example bringing the fire department and police department baked goods to thank them for their service. Another thing we have done is a random acts of kindness scavenger hunt which consisted of knocking on neighbors doors and maybe helping with a chore like taking out their garbage maybe reading to one of their children etc. We have also done a humanitarian project making Hygine kits to send to those in need after earthquakes or maybe just to homeless shelters. I love living the gospel by doing service it not only helps others but enriches our lives in a very spiritual way it helps the youth gain confidence in ones self.
