Hi I'm Dan Davis

I haved lived most of my life in Eastern Washington. I am a teacher. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband and father of three sons, two daughters-in-law and two grandsons. I am a middle school PE teacher and coach. I love to do ultra-marathon cycling and have developed into long distance running as well. I am very active in athletics, community and church service.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I was fortunate enough to be brought up in a home of goodly parents who taught the Gospel of Jesus Christ to my siblings and I. I have not only read and believe in the Holy Bible but also the Book of Mormon as the word of God. I continue to be a Mormon because when I have lived the the standards of the church, I have only had positve blessing come to me and my family. Whenever I need affirmation that is true, I remember the peace and joy felt from living a Christlike life. Most importantly I appreciate the Atonement of Christ that allows me to make mistakes, overcome them and work on being a better man.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church on Sundays and always accepting offers to participate in prayers, singing, or teaching. As a Ward Missionary, I enjoy sharing the doctrine of the LDS church with anyone who will listen to me! My hope and prayer is that those who read this will have a desire to investigate further into the Mormon faith and receive the same blessing my and family and I have through a lifetime of experiences participating in all the activities and fellowship it has had to offer!
