Hi I'm Kristina

Lover of family, I love traveling, I love the German language, and this beautiful world. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I was born in Las Vegas and grew up in Bremerton, Washington. I am currently studying Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations at Brigham Young University-Idaho. I love traveling, hiking, volleyball, spending time with friends and family, cooking meals from Pinterest, and sharing this perfect gospel that I love so much!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a mormon because I was born into the church, but I built a testimony on my own because it was something very important to me because having a testimony can change lives and bring forth the truthfulness of the Gospel. I’m a Mormon because being a Mormon makes me happy. It’s that simple! The gospel of Jesus Christ brings me more joy than anything else in the world! It brings me peace in times of sorrow. It brings me hope when I have sinned. It brings me faith to move forward. It shows me all I have to be grateful for. It gives me purpose in my life. It makes me want to be better. It makes me strive to be like Him. Knowing that I have a Heavenly Father who loves me and is aware of me brings so much love and purpose in my life. I love having the spirit in my life, for it helps to lead and guide me in all things. The Gospel of Jesus Christ can transform us and make us be more like him.I cannot wait to serve the wonderful people of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland the next 18 months of my life; it is the very least I can do for the many blessings he has given me.

How I live my faith

Everyone lives their faith the same in this church. In the fact that I go to church every Sunday to partake of the sacrament and renew my baptismal covenants. I read my scriptures daily and pray. I am currently preparing for my mission. I'll be serving in the Alpine German-Speaking Mission. I am so excited to share this gospel. I think another way I live my faith is being an example to my family and friends.
