Hi I'm Terina

I love the outdoors, riding horses, I'm an animal lover, I love to serve others without them knowing it's me, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love the outdoors! Our favorite thing to do as a family is to ride horses, go camping and travel. I have an awesome husband and three really fun kids. We all love to hang out with extended family on both sides. We spend a lot of time together and enjoy going on vacations together.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the covenant and raised in the church. But there comes a time when you have to decide for yourself if you want this blessing or not. I've always had a testimony and knew I wanted temple blessings but when I went to college I found that no one was there to wake me up for Church on Sunday and no one expected me to be there. I was on my own in making that decision. That is when I knew this was the life I wanted because I found myself waking up and going by choice and not expectation. I have a testimony of this gospel, I always have. I remember having very special and sacred experiences at a very young age that gave me a sure knowledge of it's truthfulness. I thank my Heavenly Father every day for my life. I love this Earth life. There are so many wonderful things created for us to enjoy while we are here. It makes the trials we need to go through so much easier to endure.

How I live my faith

I have been given the great opportunity to work with the youth. It's my favorite thing to do in our church. When you have the privilege to be around these great kids you find that you no longer have just your own children to love, think and worry about. You find yourself loving, thinking and worrying about their well being as well. You care about what they do, choices they make and sometimes I feel like a cheerleader on the sidelines cheering them on as they find their way through this life. They have brought such happiness to my life and they are all a joy to be around. When I was a youth myself my leaders would express their love for me and I remember thinking, "How can you say you love me, your just my leader." It wasn't until I was a leader myself that I realized that they not only loved me, but cared deeply about me and my life. I love the youth. I care deeply about each one of them and about their lives. They are such an example to me. How they are so strong in a world where Satan continually tries to make them fall is just another testimony to me that Heavenly Father has a plan and strengthens our youth to finish his work here on Earth.
