Hi I'm Tony

I was born and raised in northern Minnesota. I play hockey and I also run my own businesses. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Growing up in Minnesota none of my family was Mormon. My aunt and Uncle from Arizona introduced our family to the church and over the years one by one, with my older brother being first we all joined the church, myself being the last at age 22. I played hockey and football in college and still play hockey a couple times a week here in Arizona. I've been in the retirement income / estate planning field for almost 30 years now. I own and operate several other businesses as well, I could be considered a serial entrepreneur at best! I have a incredible and talented wife and five daughters. We've been married 13 amazing years after blending my 3 daughters along with her 2 daughters. Now we have 5 daughters, 3 sons (by marriage) and one adorable grandson that could melt the coldest of hearts.

Why I am a Mormon

When I decided to join the church, the primary draw was that I couldn't think of any better way to raise kids but within the church's standards for youth. I wasn't even close or thinking of getting married at that time, but I knew this is how I wanted my family to live. At the time that I joined I also new that the true church must include sacrifice. Sacrifice of our time, energy and bad habits just to name a few! I wasn't looking for an easy solution, I was looking for "THE" solution. I don't know what I would do without the Atonement and our Savior Jesus Christ guiding me in this life we've been given. One of my favorite sayings that really hits home for me is, "a church that asks nothing from you, has nothing to offer you in return". Being Mormon is not the "easy" path to take but it sure is the happiest path we can take. This is the only true and living church on this earth at this time, just as the times of old, Christ is at it's head and we have a living Prophet to guide us during the most turbulent times man has ever suffered on this earth. I say this in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

How I live my faith

My wife and where the young single adult leaders for almost 3 years, we love the young people so much. The calling I now have to serve in our ward in as the employment specialist, hit me up if your looking!! Over the last 5 years I also taught in the Elders Quorum ( the younger adult men) which I dearly miss already as I am no longer needed in that capacity at this time.
