Hi I'm Daniella

I love nutrition, and yoga. I'm a true friend, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am currently serving in the beautiful, Carlsbad California Mission! Sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, with others. I love to go on runs, and all kinds of good adventures. I'm a college student, waitress, and friend. My true love is nutrition, yoga, and drawing. I want to make it my career out of it. Family is so important to me. They support me in all I do, and love me for who I am. I'm small but can handle a lot . I am very much into nature, and love feeling connected to everything God has created for his children. I am a free spirit, you will always find me smiling. I rely on my Savior, to get me through life. I am still growing and learning, but I have a bright future ahead.!

Why I am a Mormon

All my happiness comes from the gospel of Jesus Christ. Growing up, with many friends, who have little or no beliefs can be daunting. Different ideas, pressures, many get confused, and lose sight of what's important . Knowing I'm a loved daughter of my Heavenly Father, gives me such a positive outlook on this journey here on earth. I'm blessed to have been born in a loving home, with a family who loves, and desires only the best for me. I know I am never alone, because of my faith in Jesus Christ. Trials have come, and sadness is real. But being happy is a choice, and a state of mind. I choose it everyday. My love for others comes from Jesus Christ, and his example. No one is perfect, and I have learned through personal trials. We can change our ways, and forget our past through, the Atonement of Christ.Through the principles of the Gospel I have hope for a happy life.

How I live my faith

I am serving a 18 month mission in California. Helping others gain a testimony of Jesus Christ, and our purpose here on Earth. I was a teacher for the youth in our Sunday School, which was such a great blessing. I learned so much from them, their faith uplifts me. I also pray daily, to keep my heart close to my Heavenly Father. I read and study the scriptures to fill my spirit with joy, and to learn how I can become a better person.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

To me a testimony is a quiet sincere feeling of peace. When you know something is true. I know the Holy Ghost helps us have those feelings, so we can find out if the Gospel is true.. I prayed, asked God, and through personal experience. I was able to gain a testimony that Jesus is the Christ. That this is the true gospel here on the Earth today. Show more Show less
