Hi I'm Larry

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

ABOUT ME I am the third of six boys born to my parents, in Arizona, where I have lived all my life, with the exceptions of school, service and two year mission, for the Church. My children consist of two boys and two girls, who are now grown with children of their own. I retired from the Travelers Insurance Claim Department, after twenty-seven interesting years working for them. I am a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

WHY I AM A MORMON My parents were both fourth generation Mormons, with strong testimonies of the Church. I was taught an early age that Jesus is the Christ the Savior of the World. I was baptized when I was eight years of age. At a young age and through my teenage years I felt I had a testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and the knowledge that the Church was true. However, it wasn’t until I was on my mission, at age twenty-one, that my testimony was challenged. I found it necessary to study and seek answers through prayer. My prayers were answered and I knew that Jesus Christ died for me and suffered on the cross that I might be forgiven of my sins, through His Atonement.

How I live my faith

HOW I LIVE MY FAITH I strive each day to be kind to my fellowmen and have compassion on those less fortunate than me. In addition to serving a mission as a young man, my wife and I have had the privilege of serving two missions since I retired. Each Sunday I attend my Church meetings and renew my covenants that I made at baptism. I am also a home teacher in the ward. I pray each day that I might be a good example of Jesus Christ.
