Hi I'm Kelci

I grew up in Show Low, AZ. I am married with four great kids. I work full time. Life is always busy. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was the youngest of two growing up. My parents were wonderful but were not active in the church most of my childhood. About the age of 12 my mom let my dad know that she wanted to start going to church. After much thought and search he decided to join us and a year later we were sealed in the Mesa, AZ temple. From that experience I was able to begin a testimony of my own. I knew that I wanted to be an active member of the church and that when I was to start a family we would begin in the temple. I met my husband in 1999 and in December of 1999 we were married in the Mesa, AZ Temple for time and eternity. That was the best decision I could have made. Nearly 12 years later we have been blessed with four wonderful kids. He is not only my Eternal Companion but my best friend and help mate. Each day I offer thanks to my Father In Heaven for the many gifts he has blessed me with.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that it is the only true and living gospel on the earth. I know that the gospel was restored to these the Latter Days so that we can have the knowledge to return to our Heavenly Father. I know that through the teachings of the Savior that I can become a better mother, wife, and person. By living a gospel centered life I am not only blessed with spiritual gifts but also temporal things such as a ward family and people that love me and my family. I am never alone in the gospel of Jesus Christ. I have been blessed with wonderful people in my life that help me along and lift my spirits when I need it. As a member of the Church I am able to serve and be served, help and be helped. The church is a wonderful community of love and kindness.

How I live my faith

Each day when I wake up I decide what type of person I want to be. I try to be a faithful and active member of the church. I do the best that I can each day. There are days when I come up short. Those are the days and moments that I am grateful to have the knowledge that our Savior will help with the rest. To be given so much and to be expected to give back so little is an amazing thing. The tender mercies that are given to me each day are worth every bit of sacrifice that I might have to give for such an amazing gift as the gospel of Jesus Christ.
