Hi I'm Scott

I'm a husband and father of 3 girls. I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my family. I work in healthcare. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love being married to my best friend and beautiful wife. We have three great children who love soccer, swimming, and gymnastics. Last soccer season was my first coaching my daughter and it was a blast. I am a BBQ aficionado and love to cook anything that has to do with BBQ. I enjoy camping, fishing, skiing, snowmobiling or anything else that is outdoors with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because through prayer to my Heavenly Father I know this is the true church of Jesus Christ. The Church teaches us how to be an eternal family which is such a great blessing to me. I know that if I follow His teachings that I can live with my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ again and that knowledge is comforting to me. I know that the Book of Mormon and the Holy Bible are the words of God and can bring us closer to Him by studying the teachings in those great books. I feel comforted that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is lead by a prophet and apostles who help guide us through the trials of life. I know if I listen to the prophet and apostles and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ, I will be happy in this life and the next.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving the people in our church and community. I lead a group of young men, ages 12-18, in various activities such as service projects, life skills, scouting, and have as much fun as possible with them. Each Sunday I attend church to learn about the gospel and be with people that are trying to follow Jesus Christ. I look for any opportunity to help others come closer to our Savior. I feel by doing this I can have joy and peace in my life.
