Hi I'm Tod.

I live in Fresno, California. I am the youngest of ten kids. I run a local business with my father. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently 21 years old, and working with my father as I save up & prepare to serve a full time mission. I am an avid Green Bay Packers fan, though I love the sport of football in general. I love to go for long drives, to see places I am not familiar with, for changes of scenery. I love to hike as well. In the past year I have built a computer, and a Lego Millennium Falcon. I suppose I am your average, hard-working but fun-loving young adult.

Why I am a Mormon

Though I am young, I have been through and seen much. I have seen people change, come and go as the Gospel of Jesus Christ continues onward, growing and prospering. I have had my own times of disobedience, and I know the difference it has made in my life to return to the fold, so to speak. I have felt the influence of truth. Truth that can only be found in the restored Church, even The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day saints. I know that I have a Heavenly Father who has answered not only my prayers, but prayers of others on my behalf. He has reached out to show His care and mercy on more occasions than I can recount. I know that I have a loving brother, even Jesus Christ, who suffered and died that I might 1) be forgiven of my sins, if I only keep his commandments, and 2) conquer the grave and have eternal life. I know I have been blessed with the Gift of the Holy Ghost, and I know and understand His influence and guidance. I have had truth confirmed to me, through prayer, fasting, and enduring. I know all man kind can come to know the happiness I have, if only they will seek for it with pure intent.

How I live my faith

I currently serve as the Activities Committee Co-Chair in the Valentine Young Single Adult (YSA) Ward, in the Fresno West Stake. My Co-Chair and I are responsible to come up with, plan and execute ward activities that bring all the members of the ward closer together, and provide opportunities for non-members to come and have fun. We are also responsible for helping with Quad-Stake area activities. I love my calling and I take it very seriously. However, this is not my only duty in the Church. I love to help prepare and administer that sacrament. I love to do my home teaching, to get to know the individuals for whom I am responsible for and serve them in any way I can. I love to choose the right in my daily activities, even in all that I do, to be an example in all places & at all times. The most important times to do what is right, are when you think nobody at all is watching. When I know I can make the right choice when no one is around & no one will ever know what I have done, I know I can choose the right anywhere and everywhere. I love to be happy, and I love to let people know why I am happy. And I am happy because I know that I live my life in harmony with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
