Hi I'm Paige

I grew up in Tempe, AZ. I love to sing and dance. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to sing and dance and I've been doing both my whole life. I am the youngest of 6 kids. It is a "yours, mine, and ours" family and I love it. I am a sophomore in college and working full time. I plan to go into physical therapy.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and am still an active member today. I have to thank my parents for their examples because they have helped me throughout my entire life to remain close to the church and the beliefs the church teaches. I have surrounded myself with friends that have high standards, whether they were LDS or not. Because I had friends that I knew wouldn't pressure me into doing bad things, I was able to maintain my high standards. I have not read the Book of Mormon from cover to cover yet but I am currently in the process. I know that the LDS church is true because of experiences I have had and scriptures that I have read. When I have questions or I need to make any sort of decision in my life, I pray to my Father in Heaven. I know that He hears my prayers and answers them.

How I live my faith

Growing up in the church I had many opportunities to give back to my community and surrounding communities. When I was part of the youth we would have several opportunities during the year to do community service both big and small. Now that I'm in college, we have an organization called LDSSA, through institute, which stands for Latter-Day Saint Student Association. They focus of service for others and anyone can join. Institute is a class you can take in college through the LDS church to learn more about the scriptures or other church related topics. In my ward I was apart of the Family Home Evening. We help plan events that occure every Monday night to help the members be more involved in the church and meet new people.
