Hi I'm Joelle

I am a young mother of 3. I earned a degree in Mathematics Education. The gospel is my life. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an Arizona native. I obtained my degree from Brigham Young University where I also met and married my sweet husband of 6 years. I taught 7th grade math for one year and we have since been blessed with 3 kids. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being a homemaker, swimming/water sports, and tutoring math. Life is certainly busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Why I am a Mormon

Wow, where to start? There are so many reasons why I'm a Mormon. The gospel is at the center of everything I do. The truths and values that are taught in the LDS church have guided and directed my life in ways that I can't describe. I attribute my successes and my happiness to the gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that I have a Heavenly Father who loves me and watches over me. He knows my wants/desires and is eager to bless me as I keep His commandments. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the true church on this Earth. It has brought me such great joy and peace.

How I live my faith

The gospel is a large part of my everyday life. Whether it's trying to be a Christ-like example for my children, or saying my daily personal prayers, there are always things I can improve upon. I strive to teach my children that they are special sons and daughters of God. My goal is to have them one-day fully understand and embrace the gospel so that it can bless their lives and so that our family can be eternal. I attend church every Sunday and I have recently had the privilege or working with the youth. I was blessed to be able to work with young women (ages 12-18). My goal as a leader was to help the young women understand who they are and to bring them closer to their Savior Jesus Christ. I also tried to teach them skills that would strengthen their present and future families.
