Hi I'm Jennelle

I'm a Mormon. I'm a wife. I'm a mother of four awesome kids. I am a child care provider.

About Me

I am a wife, and a mother to four beautiful children. Two boys and two girls. I stay at home and provide child care for other families who need to work. I love to read and collect anything with dolphins on it!! I enjoy watching my kids sporting events. Taking my four year old to karate. I am teaching my sixteen year old to drive. I love to be outside. My husband has a awesome green thumb, so I enjoy picking the fruits from his labor. Our family loves to get away and go to the beach when we can. And I love to hang out with my family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I was searching for a church to go to about five years ago. My husband was raised in the mormon faith. However all though I have always considered myself a Christian I never really went to church. My husband asked me to try the mormom church. I didnt want to at first but was asked to pray about it. I did. I then ran into some missionaries on the street about a week later. ( NOT KNOWING) who missionaries where, we struck up a conversation. I set up a meeting with them in my home. To my husbands surprise, he told me thats the mormon missionaries! Well needless to say i kept the appointment and started having the teachings in my home. Nothing prepared me for the feelings that would come. The Holy Ghost was very much prersent when they came to my homeand tought my family. Well about five months after this myself and my two older children ended up being baptized. That has been almost four years now. It has been the BEST four years of our lives. The church has enriched us in every way imaginable. Our family has grown so much spiritually. We have gained such a love and such a desire for the gospel. I'm so glad I ran into those special misssionaries that day. They have changed our lives so much.

How I live my faith

Being a convert, jumping right in has had its challenges. I had many bad habits that i felt were acceptable. Thats was just who I was. I wasnt hurting anyone so its fine. Well since the gospel has come into my life I understand that way of thinking may be so but I have a standard that my Lord wants me to live up to. I will always slip and fall but as long as I continue to strive everyday to be better then the next, the Lord will see and know this and soften my heart and make the struggles we all go thur a little more easier. I try to live a Christ like life. I try to treat people the way i would want to be treated. I try and ask myself what would Jesus do? And although I am not perfect, I try each day to be better to make improvements to learn something new about myself, my friends, my family, my gospel.
