Hi I'm Kelli Engelbrecht

I'm a Mormon. I am a wife, mother, friend and business owner but my greatest accompishment is my family!

About Me

I am the mother of 3 beautiful children. I have been married to my husband for 16 years! I love being a mom and spending time with my children. When I am not fulfilling my "Mom" duties, I love to be creative! I own my own interior decorating business and find so much joy in sharing my creativity with others!

Why I am a Mormon

I have an unwavering faith in my Savior, Jesus Christ's love for me. He knows me personally. He shows me daily that He is aware of my needs and is a constant in my life. He has provided a clear way back to Him by way of the Bible and the Book of Mormon. He has provided a loving Prophet who leads and guides us today. He has not abandoned us, nor has he removed Himself from us in this modern time. Each of us has infinite value and our Savior has provided a way for each of us to continue to foster and build our personal relationship with Him. Whether we do this through prayer, worship, song or however we feel closest to Him, He is always there. I am so grateful for the knowlege and blessings of Eternal Families. The Lord teaches us that next to our faith in Him, our Families are most important. We have the opportunity to be with our families forever, even after we have passed. Our families are too important to us to have them forever lost when they pass. What a life changing knowledge! I cannot imagine my life without this faith and what I feel is knowlege. It supplies hope, joy and peace in my life.

How I live my faith

Every day is a different day. Some days I feel like I am doing pretty good. Other days I don't. I understand that there are many things that I must do to become the person that they Savior wants me to be but I also undestand that He knows my daily struggles and doesn't want me to be overwhelmed. When I do all that I can do, He will pick up my slack and help me along. I try hard to be a loving Mother and Wife. I try to create an environment for myself and my family that will help invite the spirit of the Lord into my life. I try to serve in the church with the intent to serve my Savior and do as He would have me do. I am a youth leader for the young women in my ward and it has provided me with an amazing opportunity to get to know and love the girls I serve. Not only have I grown to love them, but as the leader of the girl's youth program, I have grown to love each of the other adult leaders that serve with me as well. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has provided a unique opportunity for me to not only teach and help others, but it have provided me a place to be taught, inspired, supported and edified. I am constantly amazed at the Lord's hand in my life and the lives of those around me. It is a constant reminder of His unwaivering love for us. I know that as a people, we have many imperfections. We are all here on the same earth, walking different paths. We all have our own unique experiences that affect us differently. We do however, all have one thing in common; our Savior's love and His constant support. I am not perfect but I know that if I continue to have faith in Him and do my best to live my life as He would have me live, my Savior, Jesus Christ is pleased with me.
