Hi I'm Charlotte Heyer

I'm a Mormon. Piano music is one of my biggest passions. I love to hear it, love to play it, and love to compose it!

About Me

I've grown up with a mother who is a walking dictionary and can tell me the meaning of any word that comes to mind. I had a dad that wanted to teach me everything he knew. He died when I was barely a teenager, but I feel the prepartion he gave me is enough to last me the rest of my life. My grandparents' home is where I was introduced to the fetish of family games. I love hiking and being outdoors far enough away that the sound of a car can't be heard. I have a dozen journals and love to relive my life experiences by reading them in print. I'm married to the kind of guy I always hoped I would find. I have a baby boy who's boisterous and thinks he can do everything. I was never afraid of anything until I became a mom!

Why I am a Mormon

The gospel has been in my family long before I was born. The teachings of the gospel of Christ have been handed down through several generations on boths sides of my family. When they were taught to me, I felt warmly inclined to believe them because they had been lived by so many people that I love. I witnessed happiness as a child, and that happiness continues in my life today. I attribute it to living the teachings of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I love listening to and reading the words of our prophet and apostles. They edify me and reaffirm my testimony of Jesus Christ. When I go to church, I have opportunities to serve and to learn. I feel love for the members in attendance, and I feel loved in return. I have been able to teach songs to children and help them feel the love their Savior has for them. Many times I have rendered piano accompaniment for classes, choirs, and service meetings. I am grateful to participate in things that help bring the influence of the Spirit into people's lives. In and out of the Church I look for chances to uplift and help the people I'm with.
