Hi I'm David

I grew up in the United States, I'm serving a mission in Nebraska, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like to do Tae Kwon Do. I've been in doing it for two-and-a-half years and I've achieved blue-belt in two schools. I'm into video games like StarCraft, Star Wars games, and some racing games. I have been living in South Jordan, Utah for nearly 14 years.

Why I am a Mormon

I've been a Mormon all my life. People in my church always encourage me to help others, so I do my best to do so. I know that the story of Joseph Smith is true and that he translated the Book of Mormon. I know that Jesus Christ suffered, died, and was resurrected for us. He is the perfect example for all of us. He has inspired me to do my best to try and be like Him and our Heavenly Father. I know this church is true, and I know that Thomas S. Monson is God's prophet. I continue to follow His gospel, because I know it to be true.

How I live my faith

I do my best to help others by going on a mission for my church for two years. I also do as many acts of service as I can to try and be an example to others. I also go to church to learn more about His gospel whenever I can. I'm also trying to get up the habit of studying the scriptures more often, so that I can have a better knowledge of His gospel. I am serving a two year mission in Nebraska. I walk the streets and talk to people I see. I knock on doors to find those that are willing to listen. I also teach people about Jesus Christ and what he has done for us. Serving a mission has been the greatest experience of my life.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Joseph Smith, the Book of Mormon, the Restoration of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Word of Wisdom, and many more things that they may feel inspired to teach. Show more Show less
