Hi I'm Ned Kinghorn

I'm a Mormon. I'm also a 44 year old husband and father of two teenage boys!

About Me

I am a very average, I would not say normal just ask anyone that knows me, selfemployed husband, father and avid fly fisherman. I am a guy just trying to make it through this journey we call life and be as good a person as I can be.

Why I am a Mormon

I’m a Mormon because it helps me be a better all around person. I would like to go through life with the ability to be nice to everyone and when my life is over have people say that I was a good guy, a good husband, a good father, a honest business man and an unbelievable fly fisherman. Growing up I went to church not really having a choice because my family was going and that is just what we did on Sunday. I knew the basic beliefs of the church as a teenager but it was not until I went on a two year mission for the church to California that I really gained a testimony of Jesus Christ as my Savior and that we have a loving Father in Heaven that knows us personally. I saw and felt things there that gave me the knowledge that what I was teaching and had been taught throughout my life was the restored gospel on the earth today. The same gospel that Christ taught when he was on the earth. This knowledge is something that I will never be able to deny and it is because of this that I try daily to be a good person. It is hard but if I can get through life with my family still loving me and I can have people say that I was a good guy then...........

How I live my faith

I live my faith by always trying to be the same person no matter where I am or whom I might be around. That can make for an imperfect life but being one that loves to laugh at myself and with others it makes for some funny situations.
