Hi I'm Jennifer Munoz

I'm the mother of three boys. I am sealed to my husband for time and all eternity. I love chocolate! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I went to college to be a court reporter, I love the courtroom setting! I love to spend time with my family and volunteering at my boys' schools. I spent the past summer riding bikes with my childhood best friend. I try to be a peacemaker at home and at work. I love to bake! I am learning how to sew. I love reading Harry Potter books and watching old reruns of X-Files. To Kill a Mockingbird is my favorite book AND movie. I make floral arrangements at work. I love writing and would like to write a book of my own someday.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised a Mormon, so I don't really know anything else. The older I get and the more people I talk to, though, the more grateful I am for the truth that is found in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I have had more experiences than I can count that have proven to me beyond a shadow of a doubt the truth of the gospel and our Heavenly Father's love for each of us. I am grateful for the priesthood in my life and the blessings that it provides. Faith is not easy, but it is essential for true happiness.

How I live my faith

I am a Sunday School teacher for the 3 and 4 year olds- the Sunbeams:) Most of my callings (or volunteer positions) have been teaching younger children. I think this time around the calling is more for me than for the kids- I needed to be reminded of all the blessings my Heavenly Father has given me: a beautiful world to live in; wonderful parents who love me; a strong, healthy body to fulfill my mission here on earth; etc. It's definitely been humbling! My family and I have really been focusing this past year on strengthening our personal relationship with Heavenly Father. I have been working hard on saying prayers daily and really listening for answers, reading scriptures, and praying together as a family. I have also been to our temple regularly and meeting with my church leaders frequently and heeding their counsel. It has been an amazing year watching my testimony and my faith grow and to then see an increased desire to share that testimony with almost everyone I come in contact with.
