Hi I'm Bobbie Rios

I love to play sports and create arts and crafts. I love to study and I hope to be an optomotrist someday. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am extremely outgoing and probably laugh more than I sleep! I love to play any sport but I don't like to watch people playing sports because I want to go join them. I love to listen to music! I also love to draw and make anything with my hands whether its cooking or making cards. My education is very important for me as I am involved in advanced classes. I hope to double major in nuclear science and business leadership when I am older and raise a family once I have been married and cealed in the temple to my future husband. I love hanging out with my friends, cracking jokes, laughing and smiling. I love my family and spending time with them because they make me happy. My mom is the best! She is great example to me and I love her with all my heart!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because the gospel makes me happy! It truely does bring me happiness and because of the gospel and God's love for me, I'm always laughing and smiling! I have learned from my brother that the word 'Gospel' means good news. It really is good news and i strive to share it with others so they can partake of its goodness. I would be lost without it. Through the gospel, I am able to know who I am, where I came from, and where I'm going and that is such a comfort to know. I have seen God's hand in my life as I continue to pray, read my scriptures and keep his commandments daily. That is when i am most happy, when i am choosing the right and living as God would have me live. My family also brings me great joy and it is such a blessing to know that I will be able to live with them in heaven as well and not only just on earth. I love being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because it makes me happy!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to church every Sunday and taking notes on anything that I feel or am inspired to write. I love having a Semenary building at school so I can get away from the worldly things of High School for a while and feel God's spirit and love for me and all his children. I have been called as the secretary in the my young women's youth group and serve actively in the presidency. It is such an honor to have callings and I know that the Lord will help me to fulfill my duties as I pray for his help and guidance. I try to be an example of the believers wherever I am. For example, whenever I hear someone say a bad word, I replace it with a good word and they appologize and say the better word instead of the bad one. I am greatful for my courage to do this and my religion is in turn, respected by others who are not members. I strive to live faithfully to receive all the blessings that God has in store for me and so I can return to his arms and live with him again. I live by making good choices that will make my mom and my Father in Heaven proud. I wouldn't want to dissapoint them because I know they would be hurt. The Holy Ghost is my best friend as it prompts me to do good. I am inspired and protected by the spirit and am so greatful to have recieved it as baptism. The atonement is the greatest blessing to me as I have the opportunity to repent daily and become a better person today than I was yesterday through it. I am so greatful and blessed to be a part and a member of this gospel and I love Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, the Holy Ghost and this gospel with all my heart, mind and soul.
