Hi I'm Jessica

I'm a missionary, a teacher, a sister, and a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college graduate!! Woot!! I majored in Elementary Education. Which personally I think i sthe greatest work field out there. I am thinking about maybe going back to school to get my masters but, haven't decided if I want it in Elementary or Special Education. Education is very important to me. I feel that every one needs it to better not only themselves but society. We are the rising generation and need to make a stand and a difference in the world. I really like making digital stories!! I am not as good as I would like to be but, practice makes perfect!! So maybe one day I will be amazing. I am currently a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Why I am a Mormon

Why I'm a Mormon...hmmm. I feel that the reason I am a Mormon is because I know it is true. Yes, I have been a member my whole life and I have strong parents that believe. But I personally know it is true. It isn't something that I can deny. This religion gives so much relief and joy to everyone. We are all sons and daughters of a loving Heavenly Father. He cares so much about each one of us that He has made a way for each of us to come back to Him. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because I know it is true.

How I live my faith

Because I am a missionary right now I live it everyday by talking and sharing it with others. But before I left on my mission I was a teacher in my ward and loved it. It really is an amazing experience to talk about what I believe, and hear other peoples stories. All of us live such different lives and yet we can all relate to the gospel. I have also been in charge of organizing activities for the women. Now that was harder for me, but allowed for me to grow and become better acquanted with the sisters in my ward. I always tried to find things that would help and uplift them. Making it so that they wanted to be better. I try to live my life so that if I saw God tomorrow I wouldn't have any regrets.
