Hi I'm Christine

I am happy to be a Mormon!

About Me

Although I grew up with three beautiful sisters, I am surrounded by boys in my family now. With three teen boys and one older boy (my husband), I am always on the run. Currently I practice Real Estate in the Phoenix area, and my husband is a dentist of 23 years. We love to bike, hike, ski, and attend all of our boys' various sporting events.

Why I am a Mormon

I first learned about the LDS church when I transferred from a New England college to Arizona State University. Thanks to many new friends and the incredible examples of fellow LDS students and church leaders, I made the decision to join the church at the age of 21. It is largely one of the best choices I have ever made. I see the hope and faith that being a member gives when dealing with life's many trials, and the relationships that being part of a "ward family" can provide. I believe that families can and will be stronger when they align themselves with basic gospel principles and put them to work. There are many great stories of the Mormon pioneers who came before me, and as a convert I inherited that great legacy myself. I am a proud Mormon... and a pioneer too!

How I live my faith

I have learned to love serving others in so many different ways as I practice and live my Mormon faith. In the church, I have served as a youth leader for teenage girls, the president of our ward children's organization, a women's activities and enrichment coordinator, and currently serve alongside my husband in the ward Nursery, as we watch over and teach the littlest members of the ward... those 18 months to three years old! Through our women's organization, I have had the opportunity to reach out to and serve many other women in times of need and their families.
