Hi I'm Angela

I am a daughter, sister, friend, wife, mother and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend and a mormon. I enjoy exercising, improving my yard and home, painting and crafting. I enjoy serving, it is something that makes me feel good, so I look for any opportunity to do it. I have a simple life, I stay home with my children and support my husband while he goes to school and works to provide for his family. I look forward to the day it will be my turn to return to school and start a career, but I feel there is a time and season for everything and right now it is to raise my children in a manner that the Lord will be pleased and know that by doing so we will be blessed.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been Mormon all my life. My father found the church when he was a teenager and was baptized, when he met my mother she started to attend with him and soon was converted and baptized as well. They knew right away that the teachings were true and wanted a better life for their children, so they made that happen. I have always had a strong connection with my father in Heaven and have always known that the Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints is true. My testimony has always come easy for me and only grows stonger through service, prayer and study. Each time I pray the Holy Spirit reveals to me of it's truthfullness. Each time I read the book of mormon the lords words and works expand from the pages and into my life. I continue to follow the teachings of the church because I cannot deny it's truthfulness. I am a Mormon and I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints is the only true and living Church on earth today.

How I live my faith

I have had various callings in the church including counselor in the Primary (teaching and organizing events for children 4-11), Young Women (teaching and organizing youth events for kids 12-18), and Relief Society (teaching and organizing events for the women). I have also been the Ward Activities Chairman (organizing monthly family events for all the members of the ward), worked as a Primary and Young Women teacher, a visiting teacher (visiting and taking care of women in the church on a monthly basis) and worked with girls camp. I volunteer at the local schools with my children and try my best to be involved in service projects, whatever they may be. My calling is currently teaching our Young Women, which I always enjoy. Serving in the church and in our community always brings me joy and comfort, it lifts others up along with myself and brings us all closer to God.
