Hi I'm Lynda

I grew up in Massachusetts. I love to travel but don't like flying! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Germany where my dad was in the military. I am the oldest (and the favorite!) of three. I have had the opportunity to live all over the United States and Japan. My husband and I have six children (three that are married), and six grandchildren. We try to get together for crazy family dinners every Sunday. I have worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse for the last 18 years and feel privileged to be with families as they welcome a new baby into their lives. I love going to the movies on date nights with my husband and also spend a couple days at the gym every week.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of this church because I believe in Jesus Christ as my Savior and Redeemer. My religion and beliefs are not something that I do on Sunday, but are a way of life. The gospel also teaches that families are forever and that we will be with our loved ones after we die. What a comfort and blessing it is in this life to have that knowledge.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to live my life as an example of the things that I believe in. I currently coordinate the music for our Ward. I have also taught various age groups from children all the way up to adults. As a woman in the church I have had an opportunity to be in various leadership positions, working with amazing women of faith.
