Hi I'm Montse

I grew up in Arizona, I am the oldest of five, I am a future teacher, and I am a Mormon!

About Me

I am a student at Arizona State University seeking a degree in Secondary Education - History. I like to learn new things and I have always liked school. I like playing sports, especially basketball! I love the outdoors and it's so much fun whenever I get to go camping, hiking, or fishing. I love my family and my friends and I enjoy meeting new people. I love the scriptures and I have a testimony that God lives and he loves us. The gospel of Jesus Christ is a huge part of my life and it has helped shape me into the person that I am today.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents are converts to the church, they were baptized when I was six years-old. I noticed how things began to change in our home as my parents continued strong in the gospel. At age fourteen I read the Book of Mormon for myself and came to know of the truthfulness of the book. I have felt the love that God has for me. I know that this gospel is true and that has made all the difference in my life. I am Mormon because I know that someday I can return to live with my Heavenly Father. Death is not the end. My family can be together forever. I love that!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving in my ward as a Primary teacher. I get to spend about two hours each Sunday with a group of awesome 10 year-olds and I get to teach them about our Savior Jesus Christ. I also live my faith by reading my scriptures, saying my personal prayers, and just working on being a better person each day.
