Hi I'm Brenda

I grew up in Peru. I'm a swimmer. I'm a daughter. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Peru and moved to the United States at the age of 12. I love nature and outdoor sports. I draw and paint nature and people during my free time. I love reading. I play the guitar and i like playing country music.

Why I am a Mormon

When I moved from Alabama to Washington, we met 4 missionaries who helped us moved our stuff to the third floor. They were very nice and kind and invited us to assist the Church of Latter-Day Saints. My sisters and started receiving study about God's gospel and assisted girls camp. During this experiences I felt something that I had never felt before; for the first time I felt the spirit and the happiness that one can feel knowing that we are here on earth for a reason and that we have to do our best n this life in order to receive the promises that await us. Being a mormon has changed so many aspects in my life. It taught me to respect my parents and value my family. I am grateful that God is here with us because I know that no matter how hard things get, he will always help you overcome your difficulties.

How I live my faith

I go to the young women meetings and participate in any activity that we have at church. Reading the scriptures is also important because one can always have the spirit telling you to do the right thing.
