Hi I'm Clark

I grew up in Delta, Utah. I love to see new places. I'm now a traveling physical therapist with a great family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the youngest of 9 kids raised in the wonderful, small town of Delta, Utah. I spent much of my childhood working at my dad's cheese plant, working for my oldest brother on the dairy, and of course going to school like everyone else. I enjoyed my fair share of hunting, camping, scouting, basketball, and pole vaulting. I served a 2-year mission in the Philippines and have been to South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Canada, Mexico, and most of the 50 states on various family vacations. I graduated from USU with a Bachelor in Business Administration and from UNLV with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I currently have the best family a man could ask for with beautiful wife, a son, and a daughter. I am licensed in 5 states and enjoy traveling with my family as a Physical Therapist.

Why I am a Mormon

I've always been a Mormon. My family history goes way back in the LDS faith. My parents, however, have been great about ensuring that I develop my own testimony. My dad would often discuss religion with me, and every time we went on family vacation, we enjoyed going to other sects' worship services. The doctrine of the LDS faith has always made sense to me. The more I learn about it, the more I am convinced that this is the only true church. I've witnessed many special miracles in my life and through the spirit have come to know that the Church of Jesus Christ has in fact been restored. I love the perspective that it gives me and the profound message that God lives, He loves me, He still speaks to Prophets, He can inspire me to lead my family, and families can be together forever. How do I know this? 1- It makes sense (everything denotes it). 2- Miracles confirm it (the two biggest miracles are the Joseph Smith story and the Book of Mormon). 3- The Holy Spirit has confirmed it to me.

How I live my faith

Ever since I can remember, I have only missed church if I was very sick or if I was on vacation (even so, I usually went to church somewhere). I have also never turned down a church calling. I have assisted with several service projects, helped many people move in or out of a ward, taught many lessons, spoke in many sacrament meetings, organized and participated in monthly home teaching visits for many different families, served a two-year full-time mission in the Philippines, and served as a member missionary. I currently have a new assignment as assistant scout leader over the 11-year-olds and am enjoying learning more about being a leader in that program.
