Hi I'm Chance

I'm from Loveland, Colorado. I'm a husband & a father. I love music & am a member of two local bands, blues & rock. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband and a father of three wonderful children; Adalia, who is 19 and going to school for Art and Culinary Arts, Schyler, who is 17 and going to high school and playing lacrosse, and Lillian, who is 14 and going to high schoo, and loving taking care of her ducks, tortoise, frogs, and fish. I am an Engineer in software and hardware development and manage a team of dedicated and hardworking test engineers for a company called Advanced Energy. I operate three separate businesses on the side, two of which are local bands, Bitter Dregs, and Delta Fusion. I currently serve in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Long View Ward in Loveland, Colorado, as the Young Men's President.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I was taught the gospel by loving parents. My parents are faithful members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints toda; however, while growing up, my parents didn't always follow the commandments. I could have easily faded into the background and easily could have decided not to be faithful to Christ's teachings in many or all ways. However, at an early age, I developed a testimony of prayer, and soon, a testimony of tithing, as I prepared to serve a mission like my Uncle Farrell had done. My Grandfather and my Uncle Mike had been in the Military, so serving with honor and faith were something that I wanted to emmulate. I am a Mormon because I have a testimony of the truthfulness and fulness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

As a family, we wake up at 4:55AM each day and kneel in prayer. Personal prayers and scripture study are a part of my daily morning routine. I read and study scriptures daily and I live an example of faith by keeping the word of wisdom and working hard to help others. I am a member of the Ward choir and I truly participating with others in joining talents together for a greater good.
