Hi I'm Mary

I was born and was raised in Utah. I am a wife and a mother of three beautiful children. I am Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife and a mother of three children. My children give me joy and purpose, and remind me to find humor in life. I enjoy cooking, sewing, reading and doing family history. Family is my greatest blessing and priority. I work for a major Airline in Customer Service. This has given me the opportunity to help others.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints. The Holy Ghost has born a personal and powerful testimony of its truthfulness. The Church and its teaching ground me in all that I do. It has taught me how to raise children who know of their divine birthright. This year I have studied and taught from the New Testament this has enriched my testimony of my savior Jesus Christ. From the thirteenth Article of Faith we learn "we may say we follow the admonition of Paul- We believe all things, we hope all things, we have endured many things and hope to be able to endure all things. If there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things." Christ is the center of my life. It is through my belief in him, I know I will be able to endure all things and overcome any trial in my life. The peace that comes through this knowledge has permeated my soul and I know it is available to all that seek him.

How I live my faith

I live my Faith by standing as a witness of God at all times and in all places. Sometimes this has been difficult and not popular; often I stand alone as the only member of the Church. This has increased my resolve to live the teachings of Christ. At Church I teach the Adult Sunday school class. This has created an opportunity to learn study and teach from the Bible and the Book of Mormon. This year we are studying the New Testament. I have gained an increase in my testimony as I have studied about Paul and his mission. The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. As I have studied the Bible along with the Book of Mormon, I have found that they both teach of the same Christ and compliment each other. It is through faithful study that I am able to teach others and stand firm in what I believe.
