Hi I'm Keith

I have a great wife and children. I'm an engineer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have a wonderful family of a wife and two children. We have a blessed life though we have our challenges. I am a chemical engineer and have significant professional responsibilities. It is always a tough balancing act to fulfill family, professional, and church responsibilities. I always make time to follow my own interests. I exercise regularly. I run a couple of races every year. The farthest race distance I do is 10k so far. I am also a sports fan. Football and baseball are my favorite sports. I enjoy being a spectator and playing on a team.

Why I am a Mormon

To me the church has been a great strength to me throughout my life. I have found blessings in my life by following the teachings of the scriptures. I have been taught in the church that the Lord knows me and understands my needs. I know this to be true. I also know that when I make the Lord part of my life, that He helps me to overcome the challenges before me. As the Lord has helped me, I have found the ability to rely on His help even more and accomplish even greater goals. I have also developed a love for the scriptures. The scriptures such as the Bible and The Book of Mormon have a fascinating historical perspective of man's dealings with God in addition to His teachings.

How I live my faith

I find that being a friend and supporting others helps me to live my faith. I have found long ago that I can not change anyone but myself. However, I can always be a friend. My family is my highest priority in my life. I have found increased faith as I lead my family according to the principles of Christianity. Additionally, I work with the youth at church and run the scouting program for our local congregation. There are other service opportunities that I help with as I am able. These opportunities make me feel good all day knowing that I have helped others.
