Hi I'm Audra Nuttall

I am a wife, mother, hiker, volunteer, and a piano teacher. I grew up in Missouri, but love living in the desert. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to hike, ride my bike, and do yoga. I work out so I can eat what I want. I teach piano to beginners. I love to volunteer at my children's school helping in any and every way I can. I love to be a mom to four active kids and I do what I always dreamed I would do.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I believe in the plan of salvation. From a young age, I remember my Mom and Dad teaching me about where I came from and why we are on this earth. I have known this to be true from a very young age. I know that my Savior came to this earth to die for me and all of us. His sacrifice provided the atonement that was needed as part of this plan. I have faith in this plan. I know there was a pre-existance. I know that when we die we will be resurrected. I know all of this despite many bumps in this road of life. My parents divorced when I was 15 years old. This was a pivitol change in my life, but the plan of salvation comforted me during this time of questions and doubts. A few years later, I went to college and gained my own testimony of the fullness of the gospel. I learned what feeling the spirit felt like. I felt the Holy Ghost play an active role in my life. I felt answers to prayers as my testimony grew. I am Mormon because the Holy Ghost has told me it is true and this peace brings much happiness in my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by acts of service in my committee. I love to visit with friends and help put together Talent Shows, fundraisers, and large celebrations at my children's school. I also have a passion for our pioneer ancestors and love to share that knowledge through a pioneer reenactment called the "trek" with youth in our church ages 14 - 18. I work as the humanitarian specialist at church and help with blood drives, school supply collections for local donations, and love to put together service projects for others! I live my faith by teaching my children to live with honesty and integrity. The church programs help me and my husband teach our children by supporting our parenting with weekly Sunday School classes and weekday activities that teach love, caring, and acceptance of other young adults and children. I love church programs and activities that promote family first! I live my faith by striving each day to be humble and teachable. I try hard to read my scriptures daily, pray, and be in the right places to receive inspiration. I live my faith by attending the temple with my husband. I live my faith by dating my husband regularly. I live my faith by balancing the ciaos of life and trying hard to put family and my marriage first.
