Hi I'm Hilary

I'm a cycling instructor, a wife, and a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in the Southern California Orange County area and the oldest of 7 siblings. I graduated from BYU-Idaho and now an indoor cycling instructor. I have strong Russian roots and married my husband in 2008 in the Rexburg, Idaho Temple and enjoying the married life extravaganza! Together with my husband, we love the outdoors, being active, and a good movie!

Why I am a Mormon

Simple, because it's makes me happy. It has given me purpose, meaning and hope in my life. Following the teachings and standards of Jesus Christ has given me so much happiness that I know I could never find anywhere else. I know the blessings and miracles I have witnessed in my family, in my own life, and in the lives around me, has come from following Jesus Christ and the teachings of his diciples. I have peace, purpose, and a knowledge that I hold worth in the eyes of my Heavenly Father. I know that He has a plan for me and is aware of me.

How I live my faith

I am lucky enough to have taught a Primary class (ages 4-7) in the past with my husband. I love sharing eternal truths to the youth, and listening and learning from their innocent and beautiful insights. Together with my husband, we currently hold a calling of Ward Provident Living Specialist in our ward. We teach about how we can become self sufficient and prepare our families for the unknowns of the future such as unemployment, natural disasters and other trials and challenges life may bring. Being a part of the church has helped me to feel more connected to and cared for by others in my community.
