Hi I'm Mary Ellen

I have lived in Idaho all my life, I had a day care in my home for over 20 years, and I'm now retired. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

HI, For over 25 years I ran a day care in my home, but I am now retired. I love children and being around them. I am a mother of 10 adult children and a great grand mother or 7. I enjoy crocheting, gardening, reading novels and especially spending time with my family. I live out in the country and love the peace and quiet of my neighborhood, if I were to have any problems I could call on them for help at any time. It is nice to live were you can count on good people to be around you.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the church all my life but was not involved in the church during my growing up years. The Church never became important to me until I was married and had a family of my own, and then I realized how important it was to have the guidance of the Gospel. It gives me direction and strength to make it through the trials that we all have. I know there is a Heavenly Father and brother Jesus Christ that loves and cares for us and wants us to be with them after this life.

How I live my faith

In my ward I work with the young children and since I love children so much it is a joy to be around them. They are always so full of love to share with all. I have sisters in the ward that I visit each month, and it is fun to get to know them and their interests. We can share our feelings, and give encouragement to each other.
