Hi I'm Eric

I am a food connoisseur. I like to fly airplanes. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in California where I enjoyed soccer, surfing, and scouting. I was the oldest boy in my family with an older sister and 3 younger brothers. After serving a mission in the Alabama - Birmingham mission, I studied Aviation Management at Utah Valley University. Although I love to fly airplanes, I currently am a medical salesman serving the southwest region. I enjoy boating and wakeboarding in my spare time. I am the father of an adorable 2-year-old boy and the husband of a sweet little wife!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I have a testimony that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is true. I also know the Book of Mormon to be true. I know that we are guided by a true and living Prophet. The Church blesses my life daily. It is the compass of my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being an everyday missionary. I enjoy talking to others about what I believe. I currently work in our ward's Nursery, teaching children 18 months to 3 years old about Jesus Christ and His teachings. I also enjoy working with the youth of our Church when possible in their scouting endeavors. I pray daily and lead my family in scripture study, family prayer, and Family Home Evening. It is important for us to check in with the Lord on a daily basis.

Who is the Mormon prophet today?

Our Prophet today is President Thomas S. Monson. He is the true and living Prophet upon the face of the Earth. We believe that he is the only person who holds all of the priesthood keys and can lead our Church right now. I look forward to General Conference every 6 months so I can hear what the Lord wants me to know through his mouthpiece, President Thomas S. Monson. I also look forward to hearing from our prophet and the other leaders by reading their messages in the Ensign magazine. Show more Show less
