Hi I'm Jeff

I grew up in Wahington state. I'm married, am blessed with six children; I am a dentist, and I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am a father of six children and this year celebrate my 30th years of marriage to my wonderful wife. I commute to my dental office four days a week on my bicycle. I am a scoutmaster of a troop of boy scouts. I enjoy time outdoors, playing sports, especially with my kids, and spending time with family.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the Lutheran church. A class I took about religions the summer after high school helped spark interest in different beliefs. I wondered why I believed what I did and it made me think about how different churches taught such varied doctrine. One of the churches we visited was a Mormon church and a buddy of mine was a member of that congregation. We kept in touch while he was on his mission, and when he returned 2 years later, I had the missionary discussions and decided to join the Mormon church. My friend baptised me.

How I live my faith

At work I always provide the best service I am capable of doing, and try to help out those in need. In the past I have coached little league, park and recreation sport teams, and helped with other youth groups. I am currently a Boy Scout leader and serve as scoutmaster of my youngest son's troop. Overall I am honest in my dealings with others, and try to serve and help others be happy.
