Hi I'm Melissa

I'm currently going to school to become an audiologist. I love sports, music, the outdoors, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm finishing up my final year of graduate school and am working at a Ear, Nose and Throat physician office as the "audiologist in training". It has been a long tough journey, but I have learned a lot. In order to get through the stress of school and work, I like to play the piano or play sports. I recently completed a triathlon with a friend and am planning on doing more!

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon, because through the teachings of the gospel I'm able to feel/experience what true happiness is. I have come to know the doctrine that families are eternal and can be together forever. Whenever times get difficult there is a loving Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ whom are there to help lift me up. I am not perfect and the church teaches that through the Savior's atonement that I can be forgiven and someday I can return to live with God again. It is because of these things that I'm able to get back up off the ground when I fall and keep moving forward.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by playing the organ for church. Music is a good way to bring the Spirit into a church meeting. I participate in Relief Society (an organization for women in the church) by visiting with, teaching, and helping ladies in the ward.
