Hi I'm Bruce

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the owner of a small business and remodel homes for people. It's very satisfying to see the transformation of homes into something that my customers love. When I'm not working, I love to spend time with my wife and four kids. I love the outdoors and enjoy camping in the summer and skiing in the winter. I used to teach skiing at Snowbird, and Sundance ski resorts in Utah and I have taught all of my kids to ski over the years. With my love of the outdoors I generally have my camera with me a have had a great time taking pictures of all the family activities.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I did not know what a Mormon was until I was 20 years old. Some of my friends at college were Mormon and asked me if I wanted to learn about their church. I was always asking them questions I had about where we came from before we were born on this Earth and where we went when we died. They had answers to my questions that none of my other friends had. Their answers made sense to my soul and gave me a calm understanding of what the truth was. After a year of investigating, studying and observing the way my friends lived their lives, I prayed to know if this was the true church of Jesus Christ. I was blessed to have the Lord, through the Holy Ghost touch my soul and let me know that this was his restored gospel. When God gives you an answer to your question, It is undeniable and you know that he has heard you and knows you individually! I joined His church and have been greatful for it's guideance and the revelation that I get from my father in heaven on a daily basis.

How I live my faith

Like many people of different faiths around the world, I attend church on sunday. I love the fact that I can hear the word of the lord and pause and reflect on the past week and contemplate what I can do better in the coming week. sunday's have always been special in our family, It's a day for our family to be together and not have all the interuptions that take place the rest of the week. I serve in our church by keeping the membership records up to date and by helping on different assignments. When I am working during the week, I often have a chance to talk with customers about their families and religion. There are so many people that have have views about religion that are similar to ours. If they are interested to see what our church is like, I extend an invitation to come to church with us.
