Hi I'm Carol

I live in Washington state and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am happily married to my husband Matt of over thirty years. We have five terrific children who bring me lots of joy. My husband and I own a screen printing and embroidery shop. I also have fun working with fourth and fifth graders with the Washington State Extension's nutrition program.

Why I am a Mormon

During the summer before I entered the ninth grade the missionaries tracked to our home. My Father sent them away and told them not to come back. When they came to our neighborhood at a later date they were prompted to return. My Mom answered the door and let them in. My bedroom was over the living room and I would lay in my bed and listen to the missionaries teach my Mom and brothers the discussions. The words that came through the floor rang true to me. The plan of salvation was what I knew in my heart to be true. I knew that there had to be a religion that was for all of God's children. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints was that church.

How I live my faith

I live each day with the feeling of hope and the knowledge that I am loved by Heavenly Father and my Savior, Jesus Christ. I have hope because I know that I can return to live with them. I know that each day is not perfect and I do have trials but because of the teachings of the gospel I can mover forward.
