Hi I'm Karli

I grew up in Mesa, Arizona. I love to sing and I teach music. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I teach music at a charter school in Mesa and I am finishing my bachelor's degree in music and education. I also teach a show choir in the evenings that consists of junior high and high school kids and I love what I do. I have a huge passion for music and the performing arts and I love working with kids and teens. I love to sing, dance and perform any chance I get and I love being a member of the church!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the LDS church and I believe in the gospel with all my heart. I think the culture and lifestyle of the church have helped me become the strong and decent person I am today and I am so grateful for my membership. I believe that I am a daughter of God and that He hears and answers my prayers and is very aware of me. Through all of my life's struggles, I have been made stronger and feel that I have a purpose and mission here on the earth because of my testimony and knowledge that I was sent here by my Heavenly Father to learn, grow, and persevere.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by remaining very active in my ward and by trying my best to live the gospel principles so I can be the best example and influence possible to my friends and family. In my ward I teach gospel principles once a month to the women during church and I am also currently on an activities committee to plan a party for the adults in our ward to celebrate Christmas. In the past I have worked teaching children in the ward and I have also planned and conducted the music and special musical presentations for regular church meetings and for special church events. I attend church every Sunday and I do my best to attend extracurricular activities and service projects within the church as well.
