Hi I'm Chris

I've lived in Colorado for most of my life. I play hockey, basketball and I snowboard. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently a student at Brigham Young University, deciding what I want to study! I recently got back from a 2 year mission to the Kansai region of Japan, where I learned Japanese and taught people about Jesus Christ. Now I'm just a student trying to balance work, school and a social life! I love NCAA football, Ice Hockey and snowboarding. I love Japanese food and cooking!

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a Mormon because I love the life it gives me. Everything the church teaches helps me be happy. There is immeasurable comfort in knowing that life isn't meaningless, that there is a loving Father in Heaven who watches over us. He loves us and knows all of our hardships and desires. So many times my life has been blessed from living the principles of the gospel, I am so grateful, and the only way I know how to is to live righteously.

How I live my faith

I make sure that I am always looking to do kind things for others, whether it be a small compliment here or there, or active service. When I was a full time missionary, I was able to devote my life to serving God. These two years of my life were be the best two years of my life so far. I got to spread the word of the gospel around the world, and bring the joy of our message to everyone! But I'm looking forward to the years from here on out as well because the Gospel is always helping us get better! Always helping us become better people!
