Hi I'm Doyle

I live in Georgia. I'm in the Army. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of 4 and a full-time student while working full-time for the military. I've had a variety of jobs from working at a credit union to the department of corrections and now the military which has given me a lot of experience at a lot of different things but making me a master of nothing. I enjoy riding my motorcycle and doing things around the house whenever finances permit

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised as a member of the church because my parents were members of the church as well as everyone else in the family (5 kids). As I got older, it was their example that led me to believe that what was taught in the church was in fact true. They never forced the church or its teaching on me and provided a learning environment which allowed me to consider the teachings on my own and determine fo rmyself whether or not they were true. I came to that conclusion on my own over time and still believe that to be true.

How I live my faith

Church is a part of my day-to-day life as I do my best to live as an example of what I believe the teachings of Jesus Christ to be. I look for charitable events to participate in within the community as often as I can. I also have responsibilities within the church that requires me to visit others within the congregation of the church to ensure they are doing well and provide assistance if possible. I also assist with a mens group within the church to conduct activities that provide learning experiences and opportunities to serve in and out of the church. It can be time consuming at times but I never walk away feeling like my time was not well spent.
