Hi I'm Megan Bringhurst

I'm studying to be a teacher at Utah State University. Every day is a new day to grow & learn! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm Megan. As a student at Utah State University, I study every day to become the best elementary school teacher I can be. I love children and I hope to make the world a little better place by teaching the next generation. But college isn't just about learning! I met my wonderful husband Jared Bringhurst here at school! Being together has blessed our lives immensely. Each week we both go to school and work hard so we can take the weekends off! When we do get to relax, we like to explore Logan canyon, try out new places for tasty food, and make new friends. They say that forever is composed of todays and I am enjoying each day for what it holds right now!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family grounded in the Gospel, but I made my very own decision to follow the Savior. I feel His love daily, and I know that when I follow His perfect example, I am a much better person! Ever since I was a child, I knew the Savior loved me personally, and I grew to understand how much He loves each and every one of us. I would never want to be apart from that love! That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

First and foremost, I try to live my faith by building up our home and our little family. I find that when I work together with my husband, I grow closer to the Lord than I could on my own. Together we attend church, reach out to those that are around us to share our faith, and seek to apply the gospel however we can in life. I try to study my scriptures every day and live the words that I learn there. This has blessed my life immensely! As I immerse myself, I find that I'm more able to be an instrument in the hands of the Lord to accomplish the things He needs me to!
