Hi I'm Ashley

I grew up in Arizona. I'm the oldest child. I love Dr. Pepper. I'm going to school to becom a graphic artist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love love love anything having to do with arts and crafts! Whether it's photography/photo editing, floral work, sewing, drawing, painting, glass etching, or photoshop editing, I haven't found a craft I wasn't good at. I am the oldest child of seven. My parents had me and my two brothers and later got divorced. Mom got remarried and had another brother. My dad also got remarried and had two more boys and one girl. I’m currently attending ASU to get my degree in graphic design. I love dark chocolate, fast food, movies, facebook, tumbler, Dr. Pepper, Zits comics, dates, tubing down the Salt river, traveling, greyhounds, anything peachy-coral colored, comedies, going to musicals, rodeos, fireworks, glow sticks, sparklers, blowing bubbles, swimming, making quilts and clothes, Italian food, Jack Johnson, Just Dance 2, and French fries.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I was born in the church and through all my challenges and trials nothing has stayed constant except the church and my faith. I don’t even want to think about where I would be without the gospel. I know it’s the only true church on the face of this earth because so much good has come from it. So much strength has come from the people. So many prayers have been answered. I think that’s the biggest thing for me, having my prayers answered. I know God is always there for me, no matter what, He knows me, He loves me, He will never leave me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church, giving service where I can, keeping the commandments as best I can (no one’s perfect), praying often, dressing modestly, not drinking coffee or tea, going to FHE, taking institute (which I recommend to EVERYONE!), going to the temple when I can, and above all choosing to be chaste and morally clean.
