Hi I'm Justin

I'm a pharmacist, professor, husband, and father. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a husband and father of three girls. I have a disabled daughter with special needs. I'm a pharmacist and have worked at a national retail pharmacy chain. I am an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Sciences and teach Pharmacokinetics to professional pharmacy students. I enjoy woodworking and fly fishing. I play video games and am an avid reader. I've lived in the Philippines.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised by faithful Latter-day Saint parents who gave me support and encouragement to seek my own answers and way in life. While a teenager, I has a crisis of identity and sought insight and guidance from God. At that time, I read the Book of Mormon and prayed with faith hoping for an answer as to its veracity. A direct answer came through my thoughts and feelings and has since prompted me accept Jesus Christ as my Savior and Redeemer. That knowledge continues with me and has been reinforced throughout my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in my home with my wife and children. We try to teach and lead our children to knowledge of and faith in Jesus Christ. We have fun together and enjoy playing games. As a family, we attend weekly church meetings. I serve the boys between 12-18 in our congregation as a teacher and Boy Scout leader. I also serve on the councils that help our congregational leaders serve the members of our church congregation. I regularly visit with several families from our congregation to assist and support them in their joys and challenges.
