Hi I'm Danny

I'm an outdoor enthusiast. I love my family. I'm in pharmacy school. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love adventure and learning. I feel at home when I am outdoors exploring new places and enjoying God's creations. I love snowboarding, four wheeling, camping, hiking, fishing, kayaking, snowmobiling, rock climbing, and anything else active. My family means the world to me. They support me when times are tough and joke with me when times are good. I currently go to pharmacy school in Texas. I love being able to help people when they come into the pharmacy with questions.

Why I am a Mormon

All things point to God. This is shown particularly as I study and learn about the body and medications available to heal and improve the lives of those in need. Nature itself also points to a divine creature of all things. I am Mormon because that same spirit that has confirmed to me that God exists has also confirmed to me that he has restored His church on the earth today. I know that God calls prophets today and they lead His church in these days.

How I live my faith

I serve in the church. I am involved with setting up visits where each member of the church has Home Teachers who will visit them each month and make sure their needs are met. I instruct the Home Teachers and encourage them in their duties. I am also a Home Teacher myself and visit individuals and teach them as well as make sure they have no unmet needs. I teach a class at church occasionally, teaching of Christ and his doctrine. I am in a leadership calling of the student organization at my local university. I plan activities to get students involved and help them feel needed. I served as a missionary for two years in Brazil. I learned more in those two years then I could have doing anything else with my life. My joy increases when I continue to interact with those in Brazil who I helped gain a testimony of Jesus Christ and His church.
