Hi I'm Kyle

I was born (with a twin) in California, adopted by "true Saints", raised in New Mexico and now live in Arizona. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband with a wonderful wife and we have been blessed with 3 children. I like camping, target shooting, and riding motorcycles. I also enjoy my work on most days. I have been self employed since 1995 doing landscape maintenance/handyman. More recently I have done more with tree and stump removal and removal and demo of houses. I like food, I don't like debt, I do like solar energy. I have a dog and 2 chickens. I like helping people.

Why I am a Mormon

As mentioned above, when I was 4 years old I was adopted by loving members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints. I have wondered what my life would be like, would I have found the truth? I believe I am a good person, but I credit the church for giving my life direction; for the knowledge that we are all children of a loving Heavenly Father and for the truth that our Savior came and set the perfect example and that through his atoning sacrifice he made it possible for you and I to return to our heavenly home. Simply put, I am a member because I know that the teachings of the gospel help me to be better. I need the atonement in my life, I am far from perfect. Like you I have trials and disappointments but through faith, repentance and baptism I know we all can experience lasting Joy as we strive to follow the example of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

At 19 I served a mission for 2 years in Canada and loved the people and the country. I don't Know if it is because I like camping or because I've always had a pickup, but for many years I have been blessed to serve in the Boy Scout troop in our area. The scouting program teaches young men valuable life lessons of work, service and to be better citizens. I also enjoy volunteering at our local bishop's storehouse where individuals in need come for food and other basic needs. The scout slogan is "do a good turn daily". The example of the Savior was one of love and service. In my life I have had fun and pleasure but my true "Joy" is attained through service to my fellowmen and living the gospel of Jesus Christ. Thank You for your time and interest. May God bless you in your search for truth, happiness and lasting Joy.
