Hi I'm Branton

I am a web designer, graphic designer, and a Legend of Zelda fanatic and most importantly, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My goal in life is to be a professional web designer or a graphic artist. I have to say that I am definitely not the best at art but I absolutely love to do it. My hobbies usually consist of drawing, writing, and hanging out with my close friends. I attended a year of college at the Utah Valley University just taking the general courses. If you ever get the chance to meet me for the first time one of two things will happen. One I will act as if I have been your best friend your whole life or completely awkward around you. It usually depends how I was feeling at that time. I apologize if it was the second situation. In my youth I never really went to church, read from the scriptures, or even prayed. Now that I have finally dived into the scriptures and prayed to my Heavenly Father I know for a fact that I am happy and that there is a feeling in my life that only can be described as peace. I know who I am; I am a child of God. I know why I am here, and that is to be like Christ. I know where I am going, and that is returning home to my Heavenly Father.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Church. I followed all of the steps it took to be a Mormon but I truly didn't gain my testimony until I felt as if I could not be forgiven for my transgressions. I just wanted everyone to know that God really does love each and everyone of you on the personal level. He knows you are there, he knows where you are, and he is continually trying to help you find the pure joys in life and find eternal life. No matter how low you think you have sinned or transgressed from the strait and narrow path to our Heavenly Father. He will continue to reach out his hand and forgive us if we truly and sincerely repent of our sins. Got Loves Me and You. You just have to let him love you.

How I live my faith

I was a leader in many of our groups in the Church, scouting and many other youth groups I was able to participate in and be able to enjoy the blessings of being in the presence of other members of my faith. On occasion we receive a new member that has their kids come into the ward. When these people came to our activities, I was usually the one to greet them and "break the ice" between the ward and our new guest. These activities really allow us to get to know one another and learn our strengths and weaknesses. I am thankful for the scouts and all of the other activities for the youth the church gave me to live and grow upon.

What is the Law of Chastity?

Branton
We believe that God gave us the sacred power of creating life. So we show respect for that power by following the Law of Chastity. The Law of Chastity tells us that we cannot: masturbate, watch pornography, participate in fortification, and commit adultery. We can only have sex to our spouse after we are lawfully married. If we do this, we show God the sacredness of the gift he gave us to create life. If we follow the Laws of Chastity, I promise that you that when you are married, you will have a greater love for yourself and your spouse if you keep the Law of Chastity and hold the gift of creating life sacred.
